Create New API Key Not Showing

Hello team
I have two issues

  1. CREATE NEW API Button not showing
  2. what happened to this api (https://api.hubtel.com/v1/batches/')? even if you said, you have replaced it with ('https://smsc.hubtel.com/v1/batches/')-this is not available for use.
    which API can I use to send batch(group) sms without looping?
